I like very much , but what does that mean? could you change the colour?

thank you for feedback. My design mean there is a balance in the logo, in your brief you said that the target audience is people who looking for improvement in life. Three orange balls represent the improvement itself. And the water icon in the bottom of logo represent the nature, in my humble opinion, people would be success if they are life in harmony with nature. water itself has a unique character.

please do the leaf in the middle in blue (could be a wave).
Other idea, could you please try to incorporate a LOTUS flower.
Please do more variations, u have great ideas.
