Can you try a third color just as a highlight.

Thanks for taking my comments into consideration. Can make the font of the "S" & "T" just a little smaller.
I don't how to explain this, but can you try to have vague image of a tie within the "T". I want to see how that looks.

Thanks for trying, but that's not it.
Maybe try keep the T a "T"shape, and turn the "I" in front of the "T" into some sort of subtle tie.
