And this one is with a similar font to "Proxima Nova" and with both lines of "E" in red.

This one is with "Proxima Nova" font.

I put the icon to the left of the text.

I removed the magnifying glass.

Can you try a thinner Typeface. Something like Proxima Nova or similar.
Also can you make the top bar of the E red.

Can you remove the Magnifying glass on the middle of this one. So its just a pin with a person in it.
