If there are any modifications that I can make or variations, please let me know. Wish I had more time and feedback. I know I can make you a logo you'd be very proud of. My Dad had surgery yesterday so I wasn't on the computer this weekend as much as normal.
Thanks again for the invite and opportunity - Kent
I have posted to my brief the actual Sillie Rillie girl in the avatar as it apparently did not load in the first brief. so I actually don't need a an icon as I have one in the little brown haired girl. I like the font, easy to read, but I wonder if it needs something in the font to make it unique -a slight change to a letter or two. Its getting the logo balance of girly and corporate strong-If you had a corporation that just sold hair accessories (girly monogrammed stuff) What would you want it to say. We are a design-it-yourself company and we ourselves have been amazed at the response. It's "Rillie" fun!
Hi Peggy, I can tell you are very proud of your daughter. And the illustrator did a great job. My daughter turns two on March 10th. Unbelievable how fast time goes now.
With my entries I tried to capture the same spirit that the illustrator captured. Hope I can work with you and perfect my design to one you'll have to have.
Your designs are excellent. Just a tip, the actual Sillie Rillie girl is posted in the brief. Also, I am trying to avoid a slanted, italicized font. Trying to make a great balance of strong branding font, easy to read as the word sillie is spelled different and minimally feminine in the font (not block). I hope that helps.
Ps. I want something that would look great on a store front, my trailer and billboard.
Really hoping to work with you on refining my design till it is a perfect fit. My latest ones the typography is strong and unique enough to stand on it's own when you don't use your beautiful illustration.
