I prefer the full wave logo. I'm also leaning toward the single color stripe with the underlying curls in deepening gray scale as you had on your initial version. I also like the Significant starting under the wave curl. I like all the text in gray except "Sign" in the word Significance. Can you show me two more versions 1 in a deep ocean blue and another in a deep crimson. For reference on the crimson look at the University of Alabama crimson color. Keep the tag line in the logo.
