I like #103 better. Can you eliminate the little tail on the sign panel so it looks more like a one way arrow pointing upward. Also may play with the sign a little bit to make it larger than the surrounding letters
thanks, but the one way arrow that pointing upward is already taken by #80 and i'm afraid i'm not allow to copy his concept, unless if you update your brief, mention about arrow that pointing upward. so i can offer you the concept of two ways that join into one and i think that more match with your tagline, thanks.
