On #120, the swoosh is too prominent and detracts from "Signature".
#122 - We like the unique "i" but since it is pretty "blocked", one of our folks here said it looked like a construction company. Can you perhaps vary the placement and alignments?

#172 is nice but the arc violating "Ministry Resources" needs some work. Perhaps if it had less bow.
Also, the tag line is difficult to read. Try changing point sizes.
