I asked the support team about the logo similarity with this one

and they said that if both the clients agree then go ahead with it, i have written about the logo to music and film academy client and awaiting his response.
Do you agree to go ahead with this logo, which i have designed for you. i want your reply too.
I don;t want you or me to get in any copyright issues.
