P.S. Of course, exploring colors is not a problem, if any of the concepts has potential. I've used monochrome charcoal to avoid generic look, and for more elegant and high-end appearance.
Here are few elegant, pro and established looking branding solutions for your company. I've used monochromatic black/charcoal, but we can explore colors if any of the concepts work.
Since you've presented it as an option, I've avoided adding AGENCY to the logo, so that too much text doesn't take away focuc from the main title (name),...and with INSURANCE only, you get that more established vibe.
Obviously, this entry would be my recomendation for you, but simple concept on #421 also has unique touch to it, and strong branding potential.
Let me know if I can be of further assistance. Thank you
