Is there a way to make him look more like a baby instead of an adult? Can we lessen the hair so it's more like baby hair?

2 different fonts, different color turtle neck, more tan color like in the illustration provided, shortened blazer to show more of the pamper.

This kinda feels more like a man in his underwear. I wonder if we keep the spirit of the hair but bring it down just a little so it feels more like a baby? Also can we make the baby font more Las Vegas "showy" and if we can sketch the baby more like that cartoon image I attached

Nice this is getting very close. Can we do a 70's beige turtleneck and jacket like the photo I just submitted? Even a gold watch. Go as close as we can do Bob Evans. Also I added a picture of DiCaprio where he has more of the Bob Evans smirk and holding the glass straight to camera. Also I added another still of the cartoon face. Can we make the baby be designed more in this style?
