#1 Is good, try capital on the S in sale as well as the C in closed. Try blue background, with short & closed in white and Sale in Gold. Also 2nd line in gold . You could try S as a $. The windows could be a door, maybe open or closed

it's too similar to one we are using for another company, need to redo it!

So sorry to do this but we need a new look, with different colors, its too similair to one we already have in use for our company .Please use red white and blue, patriotic, like the way the name and tag line look , need a different logo to symbolize short sale like a house in good hands, a house under water, a house with a lift raft or a tow, or an anchor, or a house under money?

can you work on the color scheme a bit more to resembel the #1 ranked at this time, or something similar , i might also want to see it on the blue back ground
