Color:
Not set at all on the color, but not a fan of all the green so far. Maybe try out a variation of locusdevelopment.com, but again, I am not committed to those colors.

I've been thinking about your "bubble" idea and I really like it. Could you maybe make the logo look something more like this:

Hi, on these 3 logo concept you will find a custom font designed just for this logo. The iconic element is a symbol of young entrepreneurs, different colors represent different ideas put all together to "built" a strong team.
