Engineering looks a little too big and bold now. Can we work on thinning out the text? This concept is in my Top 3 right now

Can you make the text large as well? I’d like to see the Shore Point text the same height as the gray boxes on top and then make Engineering bigger to be the same width as the larger Shore Point text.
