Well done, a few pointers all the same.

Surf/Wave is perfect. As is most of the Design overall. The rod and it's curve needs to be smoother, I know it's the actual bend but for the image to work I need a wider aspect ratio so the lower, middle and end curve needs to be more progressive. I also don't like serif fonts, I'd like to see a more modern less formal font used if possible.

I don't know if moving me [erhhh the angler] down a little and splitting the level of the two words will work but I do need to use this as a webpage banner in both the website and forum. Fantastic start and jumped out off the page to me.

Thanks for the feedback. I will get to work on that and try to have a resolution by the morning. Thanks again for the wonderful feedback, most CH's don't even bother. I really helps!

I have entered a few more designs implementing your suggestions. Not sure if I am on the right track. Let me know when you have an opportunity if I am heading in the right direction with the aspect ratio to fit the web banner. thanks

The original one had a better balance, maybe leave the body and just edit the bend on the last 2/3rds of the rod. I think I was misleading on the last request. I meant progressive as in bend more and more towards the end but in a smooth way, imagine a heavy weight on the end.

Again the Text, an improvement, but somewhere in between would be more pleasing. I like the Pipe style texts with not too many sharp edges. We're going in the right direction for sure. The Greens can be really bright - the site uses a lot of standard bright orange, green and blue against the black background.

Thanks for the feedback. I think I know what to do. I will have to do the revisions in the morning. By far the best communication I have experienced thus far on the LT.

Changed the Font. Increased the bend of the rod from just past the reel to th e tip. Image is now within a 3.5:1 ratio. Am i on the right track? Thanks

I am still working on the colors. For some reason I have not got it nailed yet.

I like the way this is progressing, the text is a little square and I don't want a shadow as I'll be using this in a T shirt and or Polo Shirt so it needs to simple. Ratios are great. Maybe try the rod in the same green as the angler. Else very good. On track. No 83 for comments.

I have uploaded a few revisions. I have returned the simple surf line. Replaced some fonts. I also tried using the full spelling of "Shore Angler" with the surf fisherman in the middle. Just a thought. How are the fonts and overall look? Plese give me any suggestions or direction. i really want to design the perfect logo for your business. Any bites?lol

I'm still trying to figure out the green color. What I upload is not what I see on the contest page. I'll keep working on this.

another font and added a gradient for t-shirts. embroidery would still look great in just the blue/green/white.

They all look great, ahhhhhhhhh

Look at the text in No1 and No9 [Current Ranking] I'll not rank again til Sunday Morning. I may extend by 2 days as I have to go to funeral on Monday and Can't think straight at the moment... Best Design is the Angler as the A and the blue waves as per original. Sorry to cause so much work.

I've had to extend to allow me to go to a funeral at short notice. Very sorry. Should end early just not in the mood to pick a logo today. Please post any other ideas. Again thank you for your efforts this far.

I know you've worked twice as hard as anyone on this project and I do like the A for Angler very very much, would be great to work this to the final design.

Thanks for the kind words. I have submitted a few more designs using you suggestions. Are we still worried about the aspect ratio of the web banner? Regards.

A bit, but I'm happy to redesign for the right logo - that's the better idea I think.

I'd like to see the Anglers leg a little bigger. The font in no1 rank is perfect and I also like the new one here - simple and clean. The curve on the rod was better in your no107 but it needs to end a little lower than the level of the anglers shoulders ... I know I'm fussy ...

I'll not be able to comment now until Tuesday Night so take your time.

Hope all is well...

A few clarifications:
1.) "Anglers Leg a little bigger"? Are you wanting the legs to extend dow below the text (feet) or do you want the "A" angle to be more pronounced? My main worry is distoring to fisherman and the height. I could change the text to upper and lower case like I have in other entries to make the "A" more pronounced. Does that make any sense?
2.) "curve of the Rod" ? As a fisherman myself I have been struggling with the rod. Are you mainly using a casting rod or fly (spey) rod. The bend of the rod reminds me of a fly rod, unless you are using a serious weight.lol
Do you want to the rod to end between the shoulder blades while using the rod from #107?

Thanks for the feedback, this is sort of difficult via email. I think if I were sitting in your shop we could nail this in about 5 minutes. Hopefully I can get this together for you. You have some great designs to choose from. I hope you have enjoyed this process as much as I have. Good luck!

Changes as you suggested. I think I got the color problem fixed, I will know once I upload. Thanks. Let me know if I can provide more designs or font selections. I have about 1500 to pull from.

I'm sorry, I didn't like the rod eyes. However, the Angler and Rod Curve are PERFECT!! The font at the moment lacks that wow factor I was looking for. Just have a play with the fonts and see what happens.

The Blue I use on the site #00CCFF
The Green I use on the site #00FF00
The Orange I use #FF9900

Again many thanks, will decide soon.
