My designs are unique, I do some research to those visual look interesting but have a strong concept.

Hi Suke, thanks for your email. My teams concern is that these logos might be difficult to read when it comes to print without color and embroidery on t-shirts. We really like them, but feel like we need something that is a little easier to read if we print off something in gray scale. Does that make sense? Thanks!!

Don't worry about the colors, It's still easy to convert to greyscale and embroidery.

Maybe just the stethoscope is too small. I will revise it if you still give me chance.

Just put me on the first rank, so I can submit revisions. Because only 1st rank designer allow to submit design on selection phase.
