I do like these, I've just decided against having any of the traditional house/roof/window type designs that are so prevalent with real estate logos. Any other thoughts for symbols above my team's name? I wish I had more specific guidance to offer, I'm just hoping one of the designers comes up with something that stands out, thanks!
