This logo is great, it has fallen in rank just because it is kind of corporate/not super inviting. Doesn't mean it doesn't ahve a chance with the client

The one currently in 6th right now (The one that looks like an '8') has a great feeling with the fonts and the color choice between the two words. I'm not sure if there is a way to implement that feeling into our words here and calm the font down in that sense

I agree to that benefit of knowing it is real estate - I like what you have done here. I think the padding and words "Real Estate" could be altered

Sorry, maybe my concept has gone far from your announcement, but I just want to beautify the initials sp, so that the logo can stand alone, and if people see the logo, they immediately understand that this company operates in the real estate sector.
