I like where this is going, if there is a way to incorporate a map pin somehow in the s and the p that could be cool.

I would say to increase your chances if you want to continue submitting to go with new direction. I think your submission has a strong chance for this one

Meant to say how the "shannon" and "paschall" are the same width

I think it is too long (Width wise)

Also, if I am being honest. The Lines beside real estate I'm not a fan of. I like the feeling/proportionality of the one that looks like an infinity or '8' symbol currently in 8th place. See how the "real estate" matches the width of shannon paschall. Thank you for your submission!

Font in the circle on your other one I think is better (montserrat or whatever that one is you are using)

This one is the most clean of the variations you have submitted - I like this font pairing. Can you try one with the words to the right side of the logo vs underneath?

I feel this is more or less the same as the other one. Once in final round If this one makes it we can play with the the colors/fonts.
