I would like the Shamrock to be very unique and original looking

I like it. Can you add a stem to the clover and only use Red , White and Blue ( No Black out lines or letters )
Can you make the Shamrock bigger and Bolder with moving Organization to the little lettering and then move Supporting Local Communities slitty bigger under Organization
