The dot symbolizes the woman's head, the trunk is the
torso, and the branches are the hands.
Of course, I will think about another filling the center.

Maybe a dove wouldn't look right. I'm trying to figure out the dot in the middle of the heart. I really like this.

Can the middle of the heart have a dove?
