Thanks for the graphics Deux!! For #16, can you try it with a banner that is flat across the bottom? And for the same one, maybe instead of the S and the C in the cross, can you add very simple graphics of a shake and a cone?
for #14, #17 and #15 we don't like the swirl on the top. Of the three, we like the #17 because of the lines on top and bottom. can you try #15 with a flat banner too, and no swirl?
for #14 i like that organic soft serve text. can we flatten that logo out, and maybe try a cone and shake drawing on each side of the "organic soft serve"?
cool! We like the font for shakes and cones with the shadow effect...nice! Can we try one with the banner a little wider, and then a shake drawing and a cone drawing on either side of the words inside the banner? Also, not in love with the first round of shake and cone drawings. maybe something more simple.

#49 looks cool! A couple of comments: the cone looks a little top heavy. can we make it a little less thick? maybe more drawn and less vector? really like the ampersand! can you do something with all of the blue space above shakes and cones? can you make soft serve look more like two words instead of one? Thanks!!
cone, #51, not so much. we like, for reference, something more like #12, first, or #50 second.
Like the shadow you added around the outside of #51 Like the way organic soft serve with the lines was though in #49 I think you took away the lines to make room for a wider soft serve wording. Maybe we can add just lines or one line on each side of organic.
Also, liked the circle in #49 compared to #51. I think you changed the line, or added a thin circle, but I liked the way it was in #49
ours are flat on the bottom. This one only has two twists though, i think three or more would look better. the more hand drawn look the better. dont want it to look too vector or cartoon-ish...
Had another thought too, if we can't nail down the cone. maybe we lose the cone, and match the top and bottom of the ribbon. Then we can put organic up top, and then soft serve on the bottom? What do you think? If we do that, i think the organic soft serve should be in contrast to shakes and cones, so people can tell that one is a name, and the other a tagline...
Deux, With regards to the above comments, I think we could really like something like this: for #51, lets get rid of the cone for now and make the top and bottom of the blue ribbon match. lets put organic on the top centered, and have soft serve on the bottom centered. lets try it in dark grey. and, for the the line under shakes and cones, can you match it to the one above (white).

#95 was cute, but the lines were TOO much like an ice cream shop.
#92 and #94 look similar, just reversed colors, right? Lets work off of those. Can you make the words ORGANIC and SOFT SERVE straight across and not curved. Or, if you want to give them shape, you could make ORGANIC straight across the bottom, but the top slightly follows the shape of the ribbon. Same for SOFT SERVE, where the top would be straight, and the bottom of the letters follows the shape of the ribbon. Make sense? I feel like you changed the shadow on the ribbon? It looks a little too thick and dark now? can we see it how it was? is there a way to make the shadow on the SHAKES and CONES words stand out a little more?
updates #96 / #97 and don't worry about the filled blue variant... it is the same design and will be included (if picked) in the final vector template.
Michael, Thanks for the revisions. REALLY REALLY like #96. Thought I would like #97 but after seeing it something was a little off.
One tiny little change to #96...can you make the lines above and below SHAKES and CONES a little closer to the words? I dont want them getting lost in all of the lines around the ribbon.
BTW...I looked up Thessaloniki. I'd been to Athens, Santorini, Ios, and Paros. Looks like a nice home town! Do you like it there? Ever been to the US?
I was born in Reading Pa .... lived in the states till i was 13... moved here till i moved back to the states for college ... dropped out... joined the us navy for 3 years and after finishing... settled down here. Havnt been state side since 2000... :D
#98...we decided we want to leave off the town name, in case this crazy idea of ours goes nuts and we actually can expand :)
My dad is from Pittsburgh, my Mom from Cleveland. I really like PA (not in the winters). I'll have to look up Amorgos...doesnt ring a bell. We read about Mykonos and opted to skip it for Paros. Ios was my favorite, but they are all beautiful!

If you feel like playing around, we'd still be interested in something with a shake and cone drawing somehow involved. We liked the bottom cone (looks like waffle) on #51. Its a little too peeled back looking on top though. If you could find a way to fit it in...its going to be hard cause I REALLY like where #96 is at right now...it could be cool though...
Quick question...if we pick yours as the winner, and have a name change last minute, would you be willing to help switch it from Shakes & Cones to Social Cones? Everything would stay the same, just swap out the middle name...
opps. sorry. for #99, you moved the lines closer to the words SHAKES and CONES. I now think they are a little too close. I was thinking of moving those lines somewhere between where they are in #99 and where they were in #96.
not a big deal, as I've got Adobe AI here and could probably change that if it was an issue...
We like where #102 is. We'd also like to see your version of a shake and a cone. We're thinking we'd like to maybe use those elements somewhere in the shop, but want to see what you can come up with.
Michael! Thanks for all of the hard work. Just a little background...we're two couples starting an ice cream shop. We're going to be finalizing our favorites in the next day or two. Yours is obviously one of our favorites. The four of us are going to narrow down our favorite, and then we'll vote. I'll keep you posted. The only thing going against yours right now is the lack of a cone or shake drawing. We always kind of wanted one as an extra thing to use in icons, thumbnails, print, etc...
That being said, even as yours is right now, its still one of our top two favorites. They are two different logos...equally cool!!!

Michael, Wanted to give you a heads up that the group decided to go with Josh's logo. It was a VERY hard decision, but everyone felt that his fit in a little more with the overall style of our vision.
