#211 is cleaner - I'll give this one ranking priority for now and maybe add a drop shadow in later.
I think the perspective is lost a bit with the icon on the left, I understand now why you put it at the top.

Downside of having the icon on the left is that the colours now alternate orange-blue-orange-blue which isn't very professional looking. #205 on the other hand has orange on the left and blue on the right - which is ultimately better
