#3 2 and 1 -This is a good start but really doesnt quite speak to health, education or ethnic minorities...maybe another emblem would be more adequate. We are not really liking the sun

Entry #12 looks great. lets try another font for the Arkansas Minority Health Commission. Something that's not a script
