hope it's not too late, could you give a try on another font :raspoutine (http://www.dafont.com/fr/search.php?psize=m&q=raspoutine) just like the others in lowercase and two-color separated for serv and europe.
finally the colors of #2 seems to be the most preferred in the office

in #32 #33 the font is not bigger just wider

pls. take some distance from the screen to look at it. it has a double perspective/dynamic to the horizont or tp the top and in both cases the symbolic meaning fits with the subject
