We like the overall design but feel the tree silhouette looks a little like a mushroom cloud. Good concept though.

We would like to emphasize the word "Sequoia" and de-emphasize the words "Retirement Partners" and it is also not necessary to include the slogan "Built for Institutions. Benefiting Individuals" in the logo.
