simple and I think It's smart! :)
I've combined letter "O" with dash to make a magnifying glass then I put an animal to combine with letter "Z"

Hello Job, just give an opinion, final decision is still from you and your team.
I think logo must unique and different with the others. claw grip ball (or something like globe) is often appears.
maybe you can search google with keyword "globe with claw logo".
there is much logo with that concept, eagle claw grip globe, bear claw grip basketball, alien grip ball, etc.

Hello Job, I just want to explain my original concept.
From the beginning I've submit magnifying glass with progress chart bar.
You know, the word SEO is identical with magnifying glass, then I put the chart bar with positive progress, this mean your company have a good mission which make a good progress from time to time.
I assume Zoo is same like a bunch of keywords, so I've try to make with popular animal patterns such as zebra, tiger, and giraffe. When people saw that patterns, people is directly know the animal.
If integrated with SEO, when people know the keyword, your company have a solutions how to make people directly open the website with keyword aim.

Maybe you want to consider my designs :)
