I think that #8 looks a little too much like a political logo but I really like the idea. Maybe try to change up the colors a little and create a more unique image for the center of the circle.

#13 is very clean. I'd like to see a more unique image for the left side. Also try to incorporate another strong color

OK I think #13 is my favorite now.

I still think the athlete symbol on the left side is a little too plain and generic. Can you try to make it a little more unique?

Also put some gray or silver in it please.
