I like the ideas you have with the leaf and the circle! it looks great.
The font needs to be a little more fun and loose for my company though?
Maybe some roots, or leaves off the font, or a more flowing font?

I really like number 16. The idea of the sprout is great!
The font is a little to hard to read.. it is definately more loose and light though which is great.
I have attached another picture to my profile with a font from elixiba my old business.. maybe something a litle more like that??
