Here is my logo for your proposal. I wanted to create a prestigious family crest, similar to a family coat of arms. Depending on garment colors, this would be a 3-color shirt design, which would keep costs relatively low. Also, if you went with this design, it would be really easy for you to just change the numbers each year (next year would be 3rd Annual and 2011, etc.) to keep the same look annually--you could simply change the colors each year.

Here is a one-color version/option as well. This would work great for stamps, engraving, embossing, etc. It would also look great as a coffee mug logo (but the full-color version would too).
