#11 is approaching what I like. I would remove the spikes. We can try Second Medical Opinions PLC together and instead of the current PLC, you can put Est. 2013, to see how it looks. I like the snake, but I would like to see an Ankh too, maybe an Ankh wrapping around an Ankh

#17: Try removing the green spikes. Try also a SECOND MEDICAL OPINIONS PLC in blue letters on a white circle instead of of a blue circle. Try to make it more formal, for a doctor business

The circle in #51 should look more like #38. Remove the PLC. Make the letters smaller and show the circle bigger.
