#17 - Really great concept with the page lifting up to reveal a second page. It would be great to see "CIO" in that pictorial design instead of the "2" and replace the "CIO" with the new pictorial "CIO" at the end of the word "second". Really great font. We like the "second" all being lower case. It would be great to see the new versions with and without the orbit for comparison.
#35 - You have a chance here to really distinguish your design from the others. You had a really good idea when you used the symbol that had two "pages". We would really like to see you take the "2" out of the symbol with the two "pages" and put "CIO" in it and make it larger and put it at the end of the word "second". Maybe make the symbol more oval than round and remove the twist tie. We think that design could really look great. Thank you for all of your unique and creative designs.
#65 - We didn't explain very well. In #81 you outlined a "2". But, we like the curve in #65, because it already has a hidden "2" in it. Can you bring out the hidden "2" in the curve of #65 without changing the curve, so it keeps the hard edge at the bottom? And outline it like you did in the one in #81? Maybe you can extend the bottom of the hidden "2" to go underneath the "CIO".
#65 - Maybe this will help. If you start at the top of the black curve and follow it down to the bottom edge of the black curve, then go directly out to the right, it would be a "2". Can you see the hidden "2"?
#95 - You got it ! The "2" looks fantastic! O.K., here are some changes we'd like to see:
1. lower the stem down on the "2", so it is underneath, but still touching, the black block. 2. fade out the stem like in #96. 3. switch the block/background colors--the gray/grey/silver becomes black and the black becomes gray/grey/silver. 4. change the font for "second" to be uppercase and be white or gray. 5. change the font for "CIO" to be a little more square. 6. change the color for the "CIO" to be a little more gold than orange.
#95-106 - The new versions look great. The uppercase "second" and the faded "2" looks good. Thank you for all these versions to help us compare. We'd like to try a few things.
1. The "CIO" looks better on the black background, so we'd like to change back to gray behind "SECOND" and black behind "CIO". 2. We'd like to see "CIO" in the font from #17. The gold looks a little too yellow, so we'd like to see what a bronze color would look like. 3. We'd like to see the "2" a little thicker. It looks great faded. 4. Here's the part we don't know how to describe very well. We would like to see the bottom of the "2" (the part underlining CIO) not use up any of the black block, but be lower than the black block, so that it makes an uneven edge for the bottom of the logo.
#134 - The two "2's" facing each other is a great idea. Can you try putting the whole "second" inside it? And, can you put "CIO" in it in another version? Let's see what it looks like to take a way the gray background, too. And, maybe fade out the black background, too.
