I think so, I hope to incorporate some kind of suggestion of the sea and dentistry within it, though. Just initials are boring and don't tell you anything.

I agree - a very simple graphic element is great. Nothing robust and in your face. Simple, subtle yet unique and edgy

I do think you need some kind of graphic element instead of just type to give people some suggestion of what you do.

Ah, I can see a G and a D there when you point it out. I will try a couple of other simple icons.

this is fun simple - a modern flair to it. the one unfortunate issue is that is very close to Gearhart Dentistry - a dental practice about 2 miles away from where we are!! But i like it
