I should have been more clear.. the only wording we want at the bottom is "Cape Cod" not "A Cape Code By The Ocean"

on this original one, can you please remove the “Quiet Village” line and replace it with Cape Cod in the
same font as “Seaside Cottages”; just a bit smaller.
