Can you do the where I have circled in black and then fade it back into white on the other part? And on the second mark up point try keeping that white going and faded in somehow?

Where I have marked this up, do you think you could change the contrast on his head to be more black. I feel like the white all up on his head almost appears too much like a skunk. But, this logo is looking so awesome!

This really looks awesome. Could I see this entire logo, well all this is black both of the seal and the writing in a charcoal grey like the color of concrete?

I like this start a lot. Can you make the seal seem like he has a better coat on? Like a real winter coat a human would wear? Also give me some other font styles.
