Space out each text line vertically more.

That way, there'll be a change of focal points.

Try spacing out the each line of text and have 'Festival' as a different typeface.

The banner in the middle makes the logo too unbalanced.

The logo looks great now - The Typography looks a little bland.

Try bolding SEA FOOD and structure the '& Eat it' and 'Festival as 2 lines. Use different visual anchor devices such as a banner or lines etc.

The shrimp looks better than before - try losing some finer details like the legs. Space out the typography further away from the icon.

Please try another way to implement the Typography.
It looks a little too bland for what we are going for.
Try having SEA FOOD as more bold.

Also the spacing between the title and the icon needs to be spaced out more.

We like the Shrimp and Wine logo combination.
Can you please make the shrimp as a solid colour symbol instead of a line-based icon. Try using the base of the wine glass as a fork head facing down.
