Question regarding the contest. If I select your design do we get to chat afterwards and do you provide a few different of the logos in different colors schemes? For example, blue or black lettering on white or "colorless"/.png background while also provide the logo in white with the blue background you've used in multiple sample logos you've sent? How does that work?

Can you remove the "Home Owner's Association" and just have Sea Colony in a version. If you look at the last sample photo I uploaded that is the signage at the front entrance of the community. If you look closely, you can see that the lettering stands off the backing a bit (3D). I'm not sure how it's going to look, but thought seeing a slight shadow or small 3D aspect added to the lettering could help the logo look less "plain" depending on it's use... website vs. business cards vs. formal letterhead, etc...
