I like how you utilized the swoosh, but I would rather see a graphic then our letters (with the swoosh), and we would need to add the "s" at the end of Solution (it's Solutions). I do like the swoosh quite a bit!
I am not too crazy about the star. Since these are structural engineers - I wonder if there is a way to incorporate a building (or shawdow, outline, etc). I do like the overall look though. I just think if we could think of something else besides a star, that might be good. Very clean and professional - really like where you are heading with this.
