Hey thanks a bunch. I like the font, but would like to stay away from hearts, etc. Also - I don't think I will keep the "wedding. portrait. lifestyle." text in my branding going forward. I probably should have mentioned that earlier, but I would like to keep things simple.

I really like the idea of having the V turn into something above the logo, like in #1 - I just don't like the heart. Did you have any ideas as to what else we could use?
I am mainly targeting weddings, so I guess it could be something else wedding related, like rings or a dove or something like that. Maybe a stylized flower would work too?

Thanks for the revision. I wonder if you would be interested in something like this? It would incorporate the s c and v into one logo. Its just my quick sketch for you to run with.

Not bad, but my wife doesn't like it. She thinks the V should look more like a V.
How about this, or your take on something like this. If we use an abstract logo like this I would think that it would look better if we used a less script-like font.
