Discussion

#6 We like the consistency of the sun element with our current logo. Can we see a more "fit" or "athletic" looking figure?

Hey, Thank you for all of your work on these designs so far!

Feedback from the owner last night:

#28
Pros :: like the sun & lettering; more feminine; look good on merchandise
Cons :: Not crazy about the man
Suggestions :: would like the original Sculptor man in the middle

That dude is huge! ;-) We probably want a little leaner look so we don't intimidate all the women who don't want to bulk up.

Oh, on #13, we're worried that the gradient effect on the man will get lost in some applications (small Web logo, embroidery, etc)

Thanks for the feedback, I'll post some revised concepts late tonight...

P.S. On #28, you asked for the original Sculptor man in the middle, are you referring to
the image I used on #6?

thanks!

Here's another idea I thought of while trying to fall asleep last night...

#48 - oh yeah, there's the classic "V" shape bodybuilders want! ;-)

#54 - wow. pow on the "sculptor"! -- the owner really liked this treatment at first, but then the more we talked about it, the more concerned she was about the text drawing the eye away too much and almost overpowering the iconography. and, I have some concerns about how the font (black outline with white fill) will translate on colored backgrounds (red on our website heading, colored t-shirts, embroidery on black hats/bags, etc.)... so we keep looking at it.

#51 - we'd like to see this without the tagline at the bottom... it does give the overall logo a nice sense of balance, but there are applications where we would probably prefer to omit it because it would be unreadable (small website icon, small print icon, embroidered items, etc). Also wondering if we can see some different font spacing (both distance from the circle and kerning), font weight, and maybe even another font, but still keeping the text wrapped around the circle?

Here is another variation, let me know if you would like to see any other changes.
Thanks!
