I agree with Mark. Looks like a rest home. It's even a cliche from an active older person: "I'm not ready for a rocking chair yet!" For a multigenerational mountain lodge, it would be great. Not for a 50+

It's Screen Door Cohousing, not Screen Porch. Although Screen Porch has its own charm.

#43 I worked on improving a few small details on this one, and trying another font.

I really cannot think of an improvement but I will forward to the other person making this decision.

Design also works well in black/white, which can be helpful in some uses.
