I really like this concept but want to make sure my customers identify the pool pole as an I. Can you play around with the pole a bit and see if we can get it to resemble an I a little more. I would also be open to possibly not using the pole as an I and just having it in the logo. Maybe the pole in his hand at an angle instead of just vertical. Behind the text or off to the side.
