Thank you for reviewing my entries. I wanted to give the logo a global/international appeal as well as conveying the message that it's about soccer. Your feedback or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I love the different angle you brought, which is what im looking for. One thing I ask different designers to do show me completely different logos so i can see different things about you and perhaps mix and match. So far yours is def one of my favorites. I ranked one higher then the other just because they are so similar but i like them both almost equally as much.
Im pretty good about posting new information on the message board, so if you havent already please check out things im looking for. For instance, i thought one cool idea would be a sillouette of a soccer players as the letter 't' in the word scout.
I wan people to see my logo and think professional, classy, modern, i want to stay away from playful. I want them to see the end of the rainbow when they see my logo like they need to be a part of this.
Thanks for the feedback. It's great to get CH's that get involved in their contest. I'm a lifelong and passionate soccer fan, so these types of logos are an added thrill for me. I'll keep working on these and see what else, I can come up with.
Entry 24 Thanks for listening to my feedback. The color scheme loos very Irish if that makes sense w that font as well. What I'm thinking is a more classic professional un-italicized font, then when u get to the silhouette, have it player look kind of italicized so it stands out. I like the type of silhouette MBA and MLB use because its an adult looking character. Colors I originally asked for are a vibrant light blue silver/gray and black cause it hd a nice pop for me but again am not opposed to anything.
I love that your a soccer fan! So u know exactly what I'm thinking and can really imagine what looks good, that's awesome. We should probably exchange info for future stuff as well
some great additions! entry 27 is one of my favorites so far, but the soccer player looks a little too young. I prefer to have "where players become pros" unitalicized as well preferably. font character can say a lot.
entry 36 is really cool and i like that its also an emblem without the words. What i do like, is having the word pro in all capitals PRO. and downplaying the word 'for' a little bit slight smaller maybe even in a different font
entry 17, lets try it with the blue instead of the green. There is something about it that still is a little playful for me, maybe its the soccer ball..but i really do love it, im trying to get the best of all of your pieces and put it together. if you have any questions for me as well, please dont hesitate to ask..thanks again so much!
You're right about the player being too young looking in #27 (that's actually my kid - kids just have big heads in proportion to their bodies - lol). In #36 I made the player appear older by beefing up the muscle tone and making the head smaller. I'm not sure whether to make a stylized player rather than a lifelike player, thoughts?
It might be best for me to wait until the contest is closer to the end so that my efforts don't get copied. That's the problem with these contest sites, it's very frustrating, and will most likely happen as the contest progresses. Already in two other contest today I find that I am the idea man and others are riding on my efforts. Just frustrating. :(
Currently there is another soccer contest going on, because we cannot have our designs running in concurrent contests, I might withdraw any design that does not rank well and place it there. Just let me know if something gets withdrawn that you might still want to ponder over and I'll get it back in this contest. :) Thanks.
It's been pretty stormy out here, and woke-up to tree debris all over the place outside - what a mess. Got a bit more inspiration watching a few of the games on Saturday. :)

hey, id like to see 78 on a white back ground with possible a different font as scout for pro. Something bit more classy and professional because we have a playful picture. I dont mind a sillouette in the middle of the field like in 77 but i prefer to be like the silouette the other guys are using in my rankings. I know there is not much time hope to see something soon!
I decided yesterday to not to upload the versions with the swooshy people, they looked too cartoony and cliche, and they're almost impossible to make without looking too similar to every other swooshy person logo. Then seeing that others were now using some of the elements which I had initially used such as the map, I felt I would be blocked from being able to offer a design without being accused of copying. Kind of ironic, to be accused of copying my own design ideas - but it happens.
Now because, the contest is in judging mode, only the design ranked 1 will be able, to upload. Thanks and all the best.
Apparently, I am able to ask administration to allow top 5 ranked to submit during judging phase so that is what I have requested. I can also have you upload new entries but ranking you number 1. I would of course love to see some more of your stuff. You have seen the current top rankings which can give you a good idea where im at. I really like the words and font from my current number 1 and am just looking for that picture image that is recognizable that if you didnt see the words and just saw my logo, you would say that i scout for pro.

Let me know when you like, and I'll upload. I'm not sure who first used that font and even though we are allowed to use fonts at will, I prefer to clear it with the other designers. I did a customizes font on a couple of the new submissions. I figure that would be one way to make the logo more unique and standout a bit more. I also changes up my little swooshy player to appear to be dribbling. To make him kicking will produce a logo to similar to others - in my opinion. OK, just let me know and I'll upload. Thanks.
wow thats alot of entries lol i appreciate all the hardwork. I like the writing from entry 131, the figure from 136 but as a silouette only without any of the current detailing. and the silver outline the world in 134 is cool if you mix all three of those. and maybe try an lighter axis line going around the world and player to make it a little 3d if possible?
I see if I can sort this out - lol. Ya, I have been accused of submitting too many ideas - guilty as charged too. I like the CH to have several choices so that they can do just what you are doing, asking to mix-n-match. I still need to find the name of the other fonts, but for #131, I completely customized that font so it is truly unique. (Let me know if you would like me to tone it down a bit by leaving more letter traditional looking.)
I'll work your suggestions and upload. I think that what many designer may be having a difficult time with (self included) is making an icon that works with the text. The text with the player "T" is a logo in itself, so adding an icon can be tricky so that they don't look like two unrelated entities. That's why, I figured if I can make the unique, then the two can work together (text and icon) or each one still be brand-able as a stand alone logo.
Please let me know if what I have uploaded is correct as per your revisions. I was not sure about the axis lines. I would like to do a ball globe combo, but because I already sold a version to another soccer related company (as you may have seen in portfolio), for trademark reasons, I can't do a similar design. I added some very light latitude and longitude lines instead.
156 would have to be my favorite of yours so far. I think the player sillouette is a little difficult to see and the earths axis lines make it a little too blurry and busy. lets to -----where players become pros----- with some lines on the sides of that. ONe of the reasons i like the current ranked 1 so much was because i had a image that portrayed soccer and he had a unique way of my words being writtein with the player as the T. but I would only want one player, either as the T or in the logo. So if you keep it in the logo, if it were possible to give the words its only little uniqueness. I apologize for my pickiness at this point! just trying to help and get everything perfect! No problem. I'll do a few more revisions. I see what you mean about the player being hard to see. The low resolution files that get uploaded, really takes away from the detail. I'm not sure if you are experiencing the same, but the connection to LT has been painfully slow. It took me about 10 minutes just to get to this page. Hopefully, things will be back to normal and I'll be able to get the uploads without a hitch. Thanks for your honest feedback. It does help.
Good work, so lets get to feedback..in entry 167. lets try getting rid of the earth axis lines, because too many lines is kind of cluttered. Lets use a more vibrant blue as the water to make the continents pop out. I love how you put the arrow in the word 'for' as i said before though, if we are using a player in the image, then i would prefer not to have a second player in the words. So lets take out the player as the letter 't'. I know i said i like that font. but my partner thinks it looks a little too futuristic and wants more professional and clean, so i would say look at probably one of my top ranks and use a font similar to those but still keeping that cool effect in the word 'for' Thanks!
well you can still upload entries, i just have to put you at ranking number 1, so you would just have to let me know if you have more or when you would be ready to do so and i would switch you to ranking 1. were getting better with entry 175. Though it does still a little too futuristic which could def be a cool things depending on what your looking for.
Lets try making the player white, and instead of the silver circle maybe alter that as well. maybe Changing the font to something more professional, cleaner and simple.

Do you have a font name that you prefer? Is it maybe the metallic coloring that's also too much? What I can do is do a few more than let you know when I have them all ready so that you are not going back and forth.
Please let me know about the font and hopefully the name, I have over 6,000, so if you have a name, then I most likely have it.
