How are you? Here is my proposal for your contest. I created a soccer player in front of a globe. The globe is made out of green the field and blue the sky. The globe symbolizes international and the ball is on the spot where two lines cross -> connection.
The icon works well along with the name or as a stand alone graphic, one that will be easy remembered.
I look forward to your comments or thoughts. It would be my pleasure to work up any variations.
I love entry 47! the only reason i havent ranked it higher yet is because there a couple things id like to see differently. The eye thing was an awesome idea. The font is very important, i want the font to be professional, sleek and eye catching.
Maybe you can even try the actually world as the the image the player is in front of?
If you can mess around with it a little i think there is so much potential with that entry. THanks for joining!
i like it alot, i think that blue is the perfect blue and the grays compliment it so nicely. There is something missing though which im trying to figure out so i can tell you to put it in lol
I asked a couple opinions, and i think the eye is the coolest idea on the entries, but a couple people said that perhaps it can be mistaken for an american football which makes me second guess a little. So if you can try to play around a little bit more with it i would love to see it. Im looking for uniqueness.

I see. I disagree on the american footbal part. Yes it has a shape like that, but you clearly see a soccer player. But I agree the eye needs some more work to make it more obvious. Will work on some variations! I have some ideas in mind.

I only used an outline to create the eye shape. I think with the white inside it looks more like and eye and even more realistic. Added some shadowing and lighting on the player and pupil.
I think it looks really cool actually and still probably the most original one in the contest. Can you try to use a different sillouette soccer player?
I would try to put some focus as well on the orginality of the words, maybe making the word 'for' slightly smaller, possibly a line undeath scout for pro, seperate it from "where players become pros'? I love the image, my partner is taking a little more convincing because he still wants tho be no disgression and know soccer right away.
The blue is 65 is an awesome color. Your latest entry 67, is an interesting idea, but would steer clear of the luggage aspect. I would love to see another style image from you because the eye is still one of my favorites. Thanks!
#84 - player on top of the world, creating the "making dreams come true" feeling #85 - different take on the eye. Front view of a soccer player inside the "scouts eye". The outer shapes of the eye symbolize a swap symbol, referring to transferring, getting a new club. New color scheme symbolizes professional.
Great additions..I think the target (bulls eye) idea is really cool. Maybe make one more circle line inside the bulls eye so its clear that is what it is..I would like to see that in blue as well. If you can find a font that is a bit more unique as well would be great. thanks!

What entry do you want me to focus on? The eye or the bulls eye? Or maybe a combination of the 2? Do you like the latest soccer player silhouette? What about the globe, you prefer a real map?
Green/Gray (land) and Blue/Gray (water) version. Put the real globe in the bullseye, with the United States on the left and Europe on the right. The player in between symbolizing transfers between these continents. Used a more professional font instead of sporty.
i like your latest two entries alot, and you have been putting in great work. But i feel like something is missing and im trying to figure out what it is to tell you to make it just perfect. The font is too original at the moment. And its alot of words with no differentation from the top slogan to the bottom. As for the picture we are definetly on the right track. Lets try enlarging everything a little bit as well. I would suggest staying away from Italic letters as well. Thank you!
Here is an updated larger entry - #149 I updated the type and used a different font for the slogan to split the two up. You said earlier there is something missing. I don't know what. I feel like I incorporated all the elements to reflect your business. The marker for scouting, the soccer player for talents, the globe for international and connections. I don't know what else I can do.

I like the player in your image, so i wouldnt want another player in the words. I like the player as the letter t, but in your case you already have a player in the image, so i would be looking for something else to give my words an edge.

Yea that would be cool to try an eye in the O. I do like the market as well but my partner thinks it looks a little more like a video game. I can probably do some persuading. but i would love to see something catchy as an eye.

Hey LVD, congrats you have come such a long way from your initial design all the way up to ranking number 2. I would like to see some more adjustments though that can make it better and hopefully land you number 1 spot. I know that you have to ranked number one in order to upload any new entries. So as soon as you are ready to upload just drop me a comment and i will rank you number 1.
Some things again i would like to see changed. the font for 'where players become pros' to the same font as ranking number 3.

187 is the original colors which i agree i do like the best. In entry 186 it looks like the target sign is a bit more detailed which like. So we can use the target sign from logo 186. Entry 177, the S effect is cool, but we would have to make the words bigger for "where players become pro"
The eye inside of the letter O is a little too unrecognizable. I cant tell its an eye and looks a little confusing. If you can do a better eye we can have a look for now. Great work. kk. so what i was thinking next was rotate the image slightly so that the target arrows are exactly centered top to bottom and left to right. Other then that I just have to figure out which way i like the words best. So great work
Cool let me know which entry you like best so I can apply the marker to it. I prefer the layout with the image left to the words instead of on top. What about you?
okay lets do it on the side. so entry 177 with the image on the side. Can we make the target bulls eye centered and just rotate a little? Hopefully that wont mess up the image of the soccer player.
If we put it on the side I would like to see the words "where players become pros" bigger and easier to read otherwise i will not use the S across the top.
So please post it across the top again but larger, and also do one like it was orginally on the bottom without the S going across the top to see which i like more. And straighten the target sign. I mentioned the target in 186 was a bit more defined as well, and would like that one. Thanks!
okay, so for all the entries that have a 'S' going across the top of the words entry 177 is my favorite. I think it looks best if it goes over the whole word 'Scout' but that means the words 'where players become pros' is too small. In the other entries, where you have shortened the S, it looks a little off, would you agree? Hm which makes it difficult, because I love the extended S but i want to make sure "where players become pros' is readable if it is printed small on a shirt or something.
In that case we might have to go to back to the way it was on the bottom ----where players become pros--- and keep the font as is for 'scout for pro'.
I do like the image better straightened, how about you? It is cool in red and can use a variation of it for different things, but as my main logo i will keep it the blues and silver.
The last thing i can think of to try and make the words unique is to try something with the letter F. the letter F is exactly in the middle of the slogan which makes it symetrical to try something. The only thing i could think of was if the bottom line extended underneath scout, and the top line extended about pro. Or maybe it doesnt have to extend over the top. Hmm That is the last missing piece for me is to make the name have something that stands out about it other then it just being letters. Any other ideas?
One cool idea the contestant nightowl used was made an arrow in the letter R pointing towards pro. Possible to try that?
Okay lets try that, have it go over the the word scout and put the tag line underneath with the ---where players become pros--
my idea with the letter 'F' might actually look cool. i just drew it on paper and it might look good. I had the top line of the F go over the word pro, and the bottom line of the word f go underneath the word scout.
that is one option
another option is to make the F someone how unique and symetrical because its exactly in the middle. Can we try these as well?
