This is the best yet.....looking for more powdery blue/softer colors. A bit more modern. Love the dog idea...maybe play with him a bit.
Great so far.

detailed the little dog and added a magnifying glass to modernize the mark and add to the scouting aspect of the name. Let me know what you would like me to tweak if anything,

It might be a but too masculine. I like script fonts. It may help to tell you that this is a shopping site. High end boutique items.
Random thought.... Dog in a dress holding shopping bags - simple not too catoonie.

I like the black background of the bar at the top with the SCOUT-Charlotteville name. Can you put lavender against that color and lets see how it looks.

TOO PREPPY....softer lavender color. Not the font. Check out the other entries...I like the soft lavender.
