Entry 27 is nice but could you make Scott City the same line and typeface while making all of the text bigger as a whole?

#29 is what I'm leaning towards at the moment. Could you make the height of the pictorial the same as that of the wordmark? Also, the emphasis needs to be placed on "Medical" instead of "Scott City". Could you make "Medical" the same size if not bigger and put it in blue while the "Scott City" is grey? Thanks for all your work!
