Schwartz CenterLogo Design Contest

I like the emblem, but i think it can be improved in two ways:

right now, it doesn't really look like a horse, and we'd like to keep the rocking horse theme

also ring around the horse needs to be a lot cleaner,

how can this logo suggest attacking?
