Thank you for taking the time to review my designs. The Real Estate market has been flooded with simple roof designs since Century 21 first introduced years ago. I have taken a new approach to my designs. The red door design is inviting and would be easy to build a brand image around. the other design uses simple lines and does not limit your company to traditional housing and opens up the avenue for commercial management as well. Yes, I would love to edit the colors for you. However, during the judging period, ONLY the number #1 ranked designer may upload additional designs. If you update my rank in the morning, I will update the colors. You can then rerank as needed. I will keep an eye on the rankings in the meanwhile. Thanks for showing interest in my deaigns.

Thank you for allowing me to upload my revisions. I have also included a one color on a dark background (Entry#74). This is important for the times that you need the logo to work in a one color design. Entry #75 shows the logo on a white background in a one color design.

I have also played around with the size of "Properties". Let me know if you like that line bigger or smaller.

I like the logos you've sent with the shield. Lets see if it makes sense to put a crown over the shield or even tilted like its sitting on the corner of the shield. It may be too much but worth a look
