Less prominent for the scafidi adams, smaller font and have some sort of real estate separating element like a small key or a small house

No gradient, but if you want to get crazy a font that looks like a stamp

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I meant a separating house element between the names Scafidi and Adams, like a small key or a small house to separate the two names. Just a thought! I like the look of the simple letter-only logo

we like the crossed skeleton keys idea but…too close to an area winery logo for us.
consider- stag horn insignia with slightly feminine but strong monogram. Think: American classic, vintage, roots, connected, classic, female but not to be messed with.

Can you try and incorporate a door knocker in the logo?

I'd like to see S (skeleton key separating) then A, and then the names in a smaller font underneath. I would try the font trebuchet too
