would it be possible to try a version with the arrow inside the Bars rather than over it?

PLease try a version with a font that is a little thicker (especially in the SBMI)

can we see this but with the blue bars getting progressively darker blues. Also try making MENTORSHIP blue (or green)

can you make the letters like they are bars in a bar graph getting bigger, and then lose the extra lines at the end

i like the idea of growth with the "I" but it seems like it says "I I I". Can we make those lines into something that does not compete with the SBMI?
