My opinion is that #167 and #170 are two good designs. The only difference is the size of the " Maple Farm " font. So the choice is yours. :)

Oh the cabin is a nice touch. Is there a way we can have the cabin but still have the people as the main focus?
When we looked at the logos on another computer, the red looked more brown. So I think it would be better to go a little brighter red.
